Processing of Customer Personal Data and Purposes: Personal data of customers, in order to benefit from the products and services offered by Buluş Organic, customer identification information, address information, contact information, e-commerce information, IP address, etc. similar records, financial information regarding e-payments, IBAN number, customer transaction information and personal data regarding customer transactions are collected within the scope of the laws and legal regulations that are subject to the relevant persons, customers, etc.; It is processed within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, including fulfilling the requirements arising from tax and other laws, ensuring company security, fulfilling the requirements arising from the execution of customer and member contracts, the management of the company, the execution of the business, the implementation of company policies, the fulfillment of obligations to public institutions, the performance of the necessary studies directly or indirectly related to the legitimate interests of the company as the data controller by the business units and the execution of the relevant business processes, the realization of the commercial activities carried out by Buluş Organic, the performance of the necessary studies by the relevant business units and the execution of the related business processes, the planning and execution of the commercial and/or business strategies of Buluş Organic, the provision of the legal, technical and commercial occupational safety of Buluş Organic and the relevant persons who have a business relationship with Buluş Organic. Transfer of Customer Personal Data:

Customers' Rights as Personal Data Owners:

In accordance with Article 11 of the Law, data owners; (i) to learn whether their personal data has been processed, (ii) to request information about their personal data if they have been processed, (iii) to learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose, (iv) to know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad (your personal data is not transferred abroad), (v) to request correction of personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly, and to request that the transaction carried out within this scope be carried out in accordance with the transfer of personal data.
