Explicit Consent Text Regarding Processing of Personal Data

Our company BULUŞ ÇORAP SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“Buluş Organic” and/or “Company”) has the title of “data controller” within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law”) regarding personal data related to customers, and this Consent Text aims to obtain the explicit consent of customers regarding the personal data processing activities carried out by Buluş Organic and specified below, in accordance with the said Law.

In the following cases where the personal data processing conditions in Articles 5/2 and 6/3 of the Law cannot be met, the explicit consent of customers must be obtained in order for Buluş Organic to process personal data. Data processing activities are carried out within the scope of the Information Text regarding processes that do not require explicit consent, and data is processed in accordance with the basic principles specified in the Information Text in processes that require explicit consent.

In this context, personal data of customers are processed by Buluş Organic for the purposes and in accordance with the procedure specified in Section 3 – Article IV of the Policy on the Processing and Protection of Personal Data within the Scope of Law No. 6698. Accordingly, personal data; Fulfillment of the requirements within the scope of the laws and legal regulations, ensuring company security, fulfillment of the requirements arising from the execution of customer and member agreements, management of the company, execution of the business, implementation of company policies, fulfillment of obligations towards public institutions, the necessary studies of identity information, address information, contact information, e-commerce, IP address etc. similar records, personal data regarding customer transactions, which are directly or indirectly related to the legitimate interests of the company as the data controller, by the business units and execution of the relevant business processes, creation of campaigns for customers, offering special opportunities that Buluş Organic customers can use at Buluş Organic by Buluş Organic business partners, cross-selling, determining the target audience, carrying out activities that increase the user experience by following customer movements, developing the operation of Buluş Organic's website and mobile application and personalizing them according to customer needs, carrying out direct and indirect marketing, personalized marketing and remarketing activities, carrying out personalized segmentation, targeting, analysis and in-house reporting activities, planning and execution of market research, customer satisfaction activities, planning and execution of the products and services offered by Buluş Organic It may be processed in line with the approval of the Customer within the scope of the planning and execution of the sales and marketing processes of Buluş Organic's products and/or services, the planning and execution of the processes of creating and/or increasing loyalty to the products and/or services offered by Buluş Organic, and it may be shared with the parties specified in the Information Text for these purposes.

My personal data included in the Information Text may be processed by the Company, provided that it complies with the purposes specified above, by the Company; I accept and declare that by continuing to shop, I understand that the personal data of Buluş Organic - BULUŞ ÇORAP SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ may be transferred to its employees, officers, group companies (Company and/or business partners, shareholders), legally authorized public institutions and organizations, independent auditing companies, survey companies within the framework of legal obligations and legal limitations in order to carry out their activities, and to the business partners and service providers from whom Buluş Organic - BULUŞ ÇORAP SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ receives services or works together for the execution of the Product Sales Agreement between me and Buluş Organic - BULUŞ ÇORAP SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, and that I have express consent in this regard.
